Lead HVAC Service Technician – Earn Up to $100/hr with Performance Bonuses!

As our Lead HVAC Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems while leading and mentoring junior technicians. What Can We Do For You?

$30–$35 per hour base pay with significant performance-based earning potential – our top technicians make up to $100 per hour!

Performance bonuses are included in total compensation and structured to maximize your earnings.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions in residential and/or commercial settings.

Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.

Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients.

Clearly explain technical issues and solutions to customers in a professional and approachable manner.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices.

Mentor and train junior HVAC technicians, helping them develop strong technical skills and industry knowledge.

Ensure the team adheres to quality standards, safety protocols, and best practices.

Motivate and inspire the team to achieve peak performance.
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in HVAC service and installation.
-
EPA certification (required).
-
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Strong technical expertise and knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting procedures.

Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
