What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and execute commercial HVAC system installations with precision and efficiency.

Train and mentor junior installers, ensuring top-quality work and professional growth.

Ensure optimal material usage and maintain sufficient stock of equipment.

Communicate with customers and project managers, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records, including invoices, daily route sheets, and project reports.

Ensure company vehicles and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and fully operational.

Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a secure work environment.

Take part in cross-training opportunities to expand your expertise and impact.
What We’re Looking For:
-
3-5+ years of Commercial HVAC Installation experience.

EPA Universal Certification (required).

Experience with heating, boilers, and air conditioning systems.

Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a team effectively.

Ability to independently manage installations from start to finish.

Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and performing HVAC-related tasks.

Comfortable working in varied weather conditions, including heat and cold.

A team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative environment.
