HVAC Install Senior Technician
As an HVAC Install Senior Technician, you’ll be a vital member of our Residential Install division. We’re looking for an experienced professional passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and upholding the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities:
-
Install residential HVAC systems (Heat Pumps, Gas/Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, Geo-Thermal Units) with accuracy and diligence.

Work in diverse residential settings, showcasing your expertise with various equipment types.

Operate with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a supportive team.

Mentor and share your knowledge with HVAC helpers.

Maintain meticulous records and complete paperwork accurately and promptly.

Communicate effectively and mindfully with team members and customers.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 8-10+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.

Specialized Skill: Boiler installation experience is highly preferred.
-
Education (Optional): An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.

Work Ethic: Strong drive to deliver quality work and a commitment to continuous learning.

Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

Certifications: CFC Certification – Type I and II, Universal ideal.

Tech Proficiency: Ability to work with an iPad and communicate professionally via email.
