Commercial Plumbing Estimator
We are seeking a seasoned Estimator with 5 to 10 years of experience in the Plumbing Trade for Commercial New Construction. You will analyze blueprints, specifications, and quotes to prepare comprehensive and accurate bids, joining our corporate team. This role reports to the Estimating Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Estimating of MEP systems on projects aligned with Haller Enterprises, Inc.’s growth and culture.

Preparing cost-effective conceptual designs for design/build projects to meet client expectations.

Sketching designs for CAD operators.

Preparing written proposals and communicating scope of work to customers.

Negotiating and following up with clients on submitted proposals.

Collaborating with counterparts to achieve division and company goals.

Sharing resources with other estimators (site visits, GC relationships, bid calendar updates).
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 5-10 years of trade experience.

Estimation Skills: Experience understanding project blueprints, design drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documents to prepare time/cost/equipment/labor/material estimates.

Driving: Valid Driver’s License required for company business.

Compliance: Ability to present acceptable I-9 documents.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Software (Plus): Experience with Bluebeam and Trimble Estimation is a plus.

Construction Knowledge: Knowledge of general construction practices.

Code Knowledge: Knowledge of the National Electric Code and NFPA 70E.
