Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Contribute to the growth and development of our residential plumbing service department, driving key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve business goals.

Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily service operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, dispatching, and completion of service calls while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Team Development: Manage and mentor our team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support.

Customer Focus: Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction, effectively resolving issues and ensuring positive service experiences.

Estimating Responsibilities: Handle remodel, mainline, and whole-house re-piping service calls, providing accurate estimates.

Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and maintain high standards of work quality.
What We’re Looking For:

Leadership Experience: Proven leadership and management abilities.

Plumbing Expertise: Extensive experience in the plumbing industry, with a focus on residential service.

Financial Understanding: Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and contribute to profitability.

Data Awareness: Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and a focus on achieving results.

Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
