Residential Service Plumber – Medina, OH

What We Can Do For You:

Competitive pay: Hourly – $25 – $38 DOE – plus spiffs, commissions, bonuses

Responsibilities:
-
Receive dispatch notifications, write estimates, and convert sold estimates to invoices using a company-provided iPad.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace all plumbing issues promptly.

Perform water heater repairs and installations.
-
Clear clogged drains using various cable machines.
-
Conduct pipe repairs, garbage disposal replacements, toilet repairs, and replacements, and sink repairs and replacements.

Perform crawl space and under-home repairs, excavation, and sewer mainline repair when needed.

Provide multiple options to customers in the form of “Good, Better, Best.”

Provide clear explanations of diagnoses and proper solutions.
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of residential plumbing experience is required.

Experience with water heaters and sewer repair and/or replacement.

MUST have a valid Ohio driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Ability to work weekends and one on-call night shift per week.

Able to lift up to 100 lbs.

Willingness to be a team player.
