Key Responsibilities:

Expert Service & Repair: Efficiently complete HVAC service, repair, and maintenance-related service calls, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Accurate Diagnostics & Solutions: Diagnose HVAC system issues effectively and offer clear, comprehensive solutions to customers.

Warranty Expertise: Be knowledgeable in warranty procedures and handle warranty calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Customer Relationship Management: Establish strong rapport with customers, building trust to effectively offer and sell the right products and services.

Financial Guidance: Educate and assist customers in understanding and choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans to meet their needs.

Revenue Accountability: Understand and strive to exceed established service criteria and revenue goals.

Professional Representation: Present yourself as a knowledgeable and trustworthy professional to foster new referrals and cultivate repeat business.

Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean and organized job site and ensure your company truck is well-inventoried.

Administrative Accuracy: Complete invoices and all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
What We Need From You:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in residential HVAC service, with a preference for experience in warranty work.

Thorough understanding of local HVAC and building codes and the ability to apply them effectively on the job.

Valid EPA Certification is required.

Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to follow through on commitments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High level of integrity, advanced social skills, and the ability to build strong, positive connections with customers.
