Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Oversee and work with install leads and technicians on jobs, ensuring timely and successful project completion, including permits and licenses.

Customer Focus: Respond to customer calls, effectively triage customer needs, and provide exceptional customer support.

Project Management: Provide detailed work order descriptions, conduct thorough site walk-throughs (with the support of lead technicians), accurately price/quote jobs, and efficiently order/negotiate equipment.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure strict compliance with all industry regulations, maintain the highest safety standards, and adhere to company policies.

Team Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment, actively promoting teamwork, professional development, and unwavering employee engagement.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key industry partners.

Strategic Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth and expansion, including the development of new services and the expansion into new market segments.

Customer Service Excellence: Oversee customer service operations to guarantee a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Quality Control: Implement and manage robust quality control processes to uphold the highest standards of service delivery.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 10-12 years of proven experience in a management role within the HVAC industry

Strong and in-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, services, and current market trends.

Commercial customer experience is highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to develop and successfully implement effective business strategies.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in managing budgets and accurately quoting projects.

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in utilizing essential business management tools.

Prior hands-on experience working in the field with HVAC equipment is a plus, but not required.

A valid HVAC and refrigeration license is a plus, but not required.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
