What We Need From You:

Customer Service Expertise: A proven track record in customer service and dispatch, demonstrating your ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency.

Industry Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a dispatch or customer service role within a residential home service setting, providing you with valuable insights into our industry and customer needs.

Organizational Prowess: Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Communication Mastery: Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with customers, technicians, and colleagues.
