Key Responsibilities:

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

Schedule service appointments with precision and accuracy to meet customer needs and optimize our service delivery.

Handle customer service requests across multiple channels, including phone, online submissions, text messages, and online marketing requests.

Proactively manage and nurture incoming leads, ensuring a smooth and effective lead flow process.

Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new business and maximize every sales opportunity.

Manage job closeouts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate record-keeping.

Actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of our services, providing valuable feedback and insights.
What We Need From You:

CSR/Inside Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven success in CSR or inside sales roles.

Electrical Industry Experience: Prior experience in the electrical industry is strongly preferred, particularly in residential and light commercial settings.

Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Service Titan software is highly desirable.

Customer Focus: A genuine customer-centric approach with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional flexibility, adaptability, and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Sales Skills: A competitive spirit, strong goal orientation, and proven sales acumen with a desire to achieve and exceed targets.

Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with both customers and colleagues.

Technical Skills: Strong typing skills and the ability to quickly and accurately input data.

Sales Data Proficiency: A proven ability to provide and analyze historical sales data, close rates, and other relevant metrics.
Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, with potential after-hours opportunities.
